StatDate LLC (“we,” “us”) operates statdate.com, a pre-launch waitlist for a dating service for healthcare professionals. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

Email address: when you voluntarily join our waitlist.
Basic analytics: standard, non-identifying website usage data (pages visited, device type) collected by our hosting and analytics providers.
Phone number: when you optionally provide it during signup, to send SMS updates about the StatDate launch.
License number: once you join the StatDate app, your professional license number, checked against the issuing state board or agency to confirm your healthcare credential.
Verification photographs: once you join the app, identity-verification photos (such as a selfie and photo ID or work badge) you submit to confirm you are who you say you are.

How We Use It

We use your email to notify you about the StatDate launch and occasional pre-launch updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Email Communications

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from all future communications.

Data Storage

Waitlist emails are stored with our email service provider. We retain them until launch communications conclude or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us at the address below. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we honor these requests for all users.

Children

StatDate is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
